A Tube Filling Machine is designed to fill and seal various types of tubes—plastic, laminated, aluminum, or metal—with semi-solid or viscous products such as creams, gels, ointments, adhesives, and pastes.

The machine operates through a sequence:

1. Tube Loading: Tubes are loaded manually or automatically into a rotating turret.

2. Tube Orientation: Orientation unit aligns the tubes using a photocell mark.

3. Filling: The product is dispensed into the tube through a filling nozzle.

4. Sealing:

   • Plastic/Laminated Tubes: Hot air or ultrasonic sealing.

   • Aluminum Tubes: Folded and crimped.

5. Batch Coding: Embossing or ink-jet batch codes on the seal.

6. Trimming and Discharge: Excess material is trimmed, and tubes are discharged automatically.
