AG series cross configuration linear slide

(Reduce installation space and make equipment smaller and lighter.
The two rails are processed with high accuracy in relative straightness, so there is a particularly high accuracy in verticality.
This slider is 50% more rigid than two HG sliders that are screwed back to back.)

CG series anti-torque ball linear slide
( Superior Moment Load Capacity

The CG series linear guideways have moment load capacities up to 50% higher than standard HG Assemblies. The O-Type (back-to-back) bearing configuration and an integrated recirculation unit optimize bearing circulation greatly improving moment load capacities and promoting smooth motion. An optional stainless steel cover strip increases dust protection and promotes smooth block transition.)

PG series precision positioning linear slide
(It has the advantages of high rigidity of linear slide rail and high precision of magnetic encoder. Built-in ruler body and inductive read head are not easily damaged by external forces. HIWIN LM Rails 

Linear guideways provides linear motion by re-circulating rolling elements between a profiled rail and a bearing block. The coefficient of friction on a linear guideway is only 1/50 compared to a traditional slide and they are able to take loads in all directions. With these features, a linear guideway can achieve high precision and greatly enhanced moving accuracy. Hiwin Corporation offers multiple linear guideway series, each featuring different options for sizes, loading capabilities, accuracies, and more.

Component features: 

• High Quality HIWIN Profile Rail (made in Taiwan)
• By Default Cut/Ground such that holes E1/E2 are equally spaced, and then deburred
• On request you can specify a different hole spacing for first/last hole (E1/E2) (In Remarks)
• Cutting tolerance: +/- 1.0mm (on request different/better tolerance is possible)
• Including Green Caps, to close the bolt holes
• We advise DIN912 M8x25 for HGR35R with ITEM/Bosch/Maytec
